Queen City Chiropractic & Sports Performance was founded by Dr. Ashley Schatzman, a resident of nearby Huntersville, NC. Dr. Ashley decided to open her own practice in the Northlake area of North Charlotte after working in a successful practice closer to Uptown Charlotte.
Dr. Ashley is originally from Goldsboro, North Carolina and a graduate of the University of Mount Olive with a bachelor’s degree in biology where she was a member of Mount Olive University’s softball and golf teams.
Following her undergraduate studies Dr. Ashley pursued her dream of becoming a chiropractor and enrolled at New York Chiropractic College where she later graduated with honors as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2008. Dr. Ashley has had a passion for chiropractic since she was introduced to chiropractic care and the importance of proper spinal alignment as a child.
Dr. Ashley offers extensive training and experience with pediatrics and maternal healthcare with her post-graduate Webster Technique Certification. Dr. Ashley is currently enrolled in a 200-hour post-graduate diplomate certification in pediatric and maternal healthcare proficiency through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association or ICPA
