At Queen City Chiropractic & Sports Performance, your health remains our highest priority and responsibility.
We know that many of you utilize chiropractic care as a complement to your regular health strategies and we wish to encourage those efforts during the outbreak of COVID-19. We plan to continue our normal hours of operation, as scheduled, unless government regulations dictate otherwise.
We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we have implemented increased efforts to maintain an ideal setting for treatment. These measures exceed our customary hygiene and disinfection standards we utilize in our office on a daily basis.
- Processes have been implemented to ensure our office furniture, countertop surfaces, doorknobs, therapy equipment, treatment tables and sign-in electronics are disinfected more frequently.
- We have implemented On Guard air purification for our front lobby area.
- You have the option to wait in your vehicle before your appointment time in our “patient reserved” parking spaces. Upon request, we will contact you to let you know when it is time to come inside when your treatment room is ready.
- We continue to use hand sanitizer after each adjustment.
In short, we want you to have the cleanest setting possible and peace of mind for your office visits to allow you to focus exclusively on your body’s response to treatment.
We do kindly ask that if you have symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath, or have been exposed to someone who has demonstrated these symptoms, to please notify our office in advance and we will gladly reschedule your appointment time.
We believe that continuing to provide our chiropractic services is important for our community throughout the extent of this outbreak. We will remain vigilant in our efforts to provide you the same great care and services you’ve come to expect from Queen City Chiropractic & Sports Performance. These efforts may be more apparent and obvious in the future. Our goals remain the same as yours, to feel healthier and better tomorrow than we were yesterday.
